Novolux Order Process.
Please reach out to our account executive to confirm the models, quantity, and price of the products you’re interested in. Once confirmed, kindly send us a written purchase order (PO). Our account executive will then prepare a proforma invoice and discuss production and shipping arrangements with you, including the delivery date and shipping method.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will initiate production and keep you informed of its status. Once production is complete and the balance payment is received, your products will be delivered as planned.
Please note:
- Sample orders typically have a lead time of 7-10 days after payment, subject to stock availability.
- Bulk orders usually have a lead time of 15-20 working days after payment, depending on the order quantity.
- Third-party inspections are welcome; please inform us when placing your order.
For New Product Development
Novolux begins by consulting with clients to fully understand their requirements, ensuring the best solution for their application. We offer animations or drawing options tailored to the client’s specifications.
Upon confirmation of drawings and specs, Novolux provides a quote for both tooling and product. We then arrange prototypes based on the client’s requirements and proceed with tooling and preproduction upon confirmation.
Throughout the process, we test and refine the new product according to the client’s feedback. Once the product is accepted, Novolux initiates mass production.
Here’s a breakdown of the typical lead times:
- Drawing: 1-2 weeks
- Prototypes: 1-2 weeks
- Tooling: 4-6 weeks
- Preproduction: 3-4 weeks
- Mass production: 3-4 weeks
